Refund Policy – Digital Products & B2B Transactions

At Cyber Padlocking Ltd, we provide digital products, software licenses, and business services. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the product or service has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise and are committed to resolving them fairly.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
The digital product or service was not delivered or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side.
The product was materially defective or not as described in our documentation or service agreement.
Duplicate payments or accidental overcharges occurred.
Requests that do not meet these criteria (e.g., change of mind, incompatibility with third-party systems, or failure to use the product) are not eligible for refunds.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at clarksonm@cyberpadlocking.co.uk with:
Your business name
Invoice or order number
A brief explanation of the issue
We may request additional information to verify and process your claim.
Please note that refund requests made without prior contact or verification cannot be accepted.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at clarksonm@cyberpadlocking.co.uk.
Non-Refundable Items and Services
We do not issue refunds for:
Fully or partially delivered digital products or downloads
Activated licenses or accessed software
Custom development, consulting, or integration services
Subscription renewals after the renewal date
Trial, demo, or promotional purchases
Gift cards or credits
All B2B transactions are governed by our Terms of Service and any associated service agreements, which take precedence in the event of a conflict.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any technical problems or provide replacement access.
